我译的《冷锻斜齿轮卸压孔设计与模具弹性变形控制工艺指南》(五)Process Guideline for Relief‑Hole Design and Die Elastic Deformation Control in Cold Forging of Helical Gears原文:针对锻压齿轮的不同功能部位,可采用一种分区卸压孔设计策略:在齿顶、齿根和渐开线部分分别采用不同的卸压孔直径。通过该差异化设计,可在周向上逐步形成相对均匀的模具弹性变形分布,同时使各齿部型腔的弹性变形量呈现出可控的差异,从而更好地满足复杂齿形的充填要求。译文A zoned venting-hole design can be adopted for forged gears according to their functional regions. By applying different vent diameters to the addendum, dedendum, and involute profiles, the approach can produce a relatively uniform circumferential distribution of die elastic deformation, while simultaneously introducing controlled variations in deformation among individual tooth cavities, thereby better fulfilling the filling requirements of complex gear geometries.
