我译的《冷锻斜齿轮卸压孔设计与模具弹性变形控制工艺指南》(三)Process Guideline for Relief‑Hole Design and Die Elastic Deformation Control in Cold Forging of Helical Gears数值模拟结果表明,在斜齿轮冷锻成形过程中,方形坯料中卸压孔的初始直径对模具的弹性变形行为具有显著影响。较大的卸压孔虽然有利于降低锻造载荷,但会改变金属流动模式,进而影响模具受力和变形分布;反之,较小的卸压孔则可能导致局部应力集中,加剧模具磨损。Numerical simulations demonstrate that, during the cold forging of helical gears, the initial diameter of the relief hole in the square billet has a significant effect on the elastic deformation behavior of the die. A larger relief hole helps reduce the forging load but alters the metal flow pattern, thereby affecting both the die loading and the distribution of deformation. Conversely, a smaller relief hole may give rise to localized stress concentrations, intensifying die wear.
