This model simultaneously accounts for the large plastic deformation of the billet and the elastic response of the die structure, realistically reproducing stress transfer paths and deformation features during cold forging. By defining different initial relief‑hole diameters as simulation cases, their quantitative influence on die elastic deformation characteristics can be investigated, providing a reliable basis for die structural optimization.
