我译的《冷锻斜齿轮卸压孔设计与模具弹性变形控制工艺指南》(一)Process Guideline for Relief‑Hole Design and Die Elastic Deformation Control in Cold Forging of Helical Gears原文:在斜齿轮的冷锻成形过程中,为了有效降低整体锻造载荷并改善金属流动状态,推荐针对不同初始直径的卸压孔对方形坯料进行优化设计。通过合理匹配卸压孔直径与坯料几何尺寸,不仅可以显著减小成形力,还能改善齿形填充质量,减少模具局部过载风险。实际生产中,应结合齿轮模数、螺旋角及材料硬化特性,对卸压孔直径进行系统评估与优选。译文:To effectively reduce the overall forging load and improve metal flow behavior during the cold forging of helical gears, it is recommended to optimize the design of square billets by adopting relief holes with various initial diameters. Proper matching between the relief‑hole diameter and billet geometry can not only significantly lower the forming force but also enhance tooth profile filling quality and reduce the risk of local die overloading. In practical production, systematic evaluation and optimization of the relief‑hole diameter should be conducted by taking into account the gear module, helix angle, and material work‑hardening characteristics.
